About:

I understand the unique challenges that come with serving others. I work with first responders, medical professionals, and their families, as well as anyone navigating the impact of trauma exposure, compassion fatigue, or high-performance stress.

I grew up and lived in Colorado most of my life, and in 2022 we decided to make a huge change and moved to Texas, and it has been a very positive move!  I have a BS in Fire Science administration and am attending University of Texas, Arlington to obtain my MSW on this journey of  earning my LCSW.

Drawing on my experience in peer support, critical incident stress management, and health-focused practices, I help clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and symptoms. Together, we’ll explore these challenges in a safe, open, and supportive space, using conversation, education, and practical tools to create meaningful change.

I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, and my approach focuses on treating the whole person. I will use my past training, specialized approach,  and cultural competence to help clients recognize the body’s stress responses—such as disrupted sleep, high cortisol levels, or risk-taking behaviors—and learn healthier ways to restore balance.

If you’re ready to find stability, growth, and renewed strength, I would be honored to walk this path with you. Let’s take the next step together.
